Terms and Conditions

1. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the booked time.

2. Please double check your booking date, time, and the challenge booked. We will not be responsible for any incorrect booking and may not guarantee the availability of your challenge/room.

3. Please present this booking confirmation upon arrival.

4. Payment will have to be made in full to the Midtown bank account before the given deadline. Do forward the deposit slip to one of coordinators.

5. Escape The Room Sri Lanka has the right to cancel your booking(s) if:

You are not answering our confirmation calls (we will call the provided number if you are not at the venue 15 minutes before your reservation).
You are ten (10) minutes late from your booking time.
Escape The Room Sri Lanka will send you an email if you are not answering the confirmation call in case the wrong telephone number was provided.

6. You can change the booking up to 24 hours prior to your booking.

7. Please treat all props, furniture, and furnished with care. Players who damage anything wilfully or due to misconduct will be liable for any damages.

8. Cell phones and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the game room. However, we encourage taking pictures in the waiting area & reception. Lockers will be provided to store your personal belongings.

9. If you have booked multiple rooms and decide to cancel one or more room(s) upon arrival, then you will be charged fully for the room(s) canceled.

10. Children below 14 are required to have at least one adult per room.

11. Food and drinks are prohibited into the venue.
